On 13th November 2002, a tanker carrying 77,000 tons of oil appeared off the Death Coast and in our lives.
The sinking of the Prestige marked Galicia emotionally and physically. Nine years later we take another look at the disaster based on scientific research into its consequences and on the emotions of the people involved.
The wound inflicted by this disaster on the earth and its inhabitants can't be described in words; nor can the first and enormous response of citizens to the problem.
